Oh, nice! Which clock did you get? I've been eyeing their Nirvana one. I have one of the record bowls and it's pretty sturdy for snacks or keys, but I wouldn't put anything heavy or hot in it. It's more decorative.

I ordered a record bowl last month and it took about 5 days. I think their stuff is usually made to order or in small batches, so a week isn't that unusual for genuine handmade. Did you get a tracking number?

Yeah, usually the first order discount comes through pretty fast after signing up. Check your spam folder too, sometimes it lands there. Free UK delivery is pretty standard for orders over a certain amount, but they do sometimes have codes for all orders during sales.

Honestly, Vyconic feels way more unique and actually handmade. Uncommon Goods can be a bit generic sometimes. Plus, Vyconic uses actual recycled stuff, which is cool.

I've bought from both. Vyconic feels more 'artisan' and you can really see the craft in it. Uncommon Goods is good, but sometimes it's just mass-produced 'quirky' stuff. Vyconic's pieces have more character, imo.
